Our Heavy Duty Overlap Sheds are made using a 16mm thick board with a 2×2 framework. The sheds have a solid heavy duty floor and roof which can either be in apex or pent roof style.

Fitted as standard to our sheds are 2 x 18″ galvanised or black tee hinges and one 6″ galvanised or black pad bolt. Windows are fitted with safety glass. Standard door width is 30″.

You can choose whether or not to add chargeable extras such as double doors, a security package or a shelf. Please ring 01924 374953 for more information on these options.

Description

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Timber is a porous material and will absorb water, although we try our very best to make all of our buildings watertight, we cannot guarantee this is possible. We strongly advise that customers add guttering to steer away rain and silicone the windows.

Our buildings come pre-treated against rot and insect infection but we would still highly recommend the building is also treated with a suitable water-repellent timber treatment to preserve the quality and life of the product.

All buildings should be aired out regularly to prevent condensation or mould accumulating inside the building. If mould does appear Sawmill Timber UK Ltd. cannot be held liable for any damage to goods inside the building.

Sheds and custom-made products are subject to their own delivery timescale, please ask when placing your order regarding delivery dates and times

When purchasing a shed/garden building please ensure you have an appropriate base for the building to erected onto. Bases must be level and can be constructed from timber bearers or concrete slabs. Please call us on 01924 374953 for advice if you are unsure. If any building is returned to site due to an unsuitable base this will incur charges for us to return at a later date.
